Unable to connect to other players in online Head to Head (H2H)

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? XBOX One S
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Deadeye5238
Date/time issue occurred 7am -8 pm
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug Cannot play h2h ranked games anymore! Cannot connect with players.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to head to head click on game
What happens when the bug occurs? Not a damn thing! Sick of paying for nothing!!
What do you expect to see? Games Do your job . When I first started playing everything was fine. I was able to find games.

    Are you still having trouble connecting to other players online? I'm here to help get you reconnected if you need some help. There weren't any outages reported in the last week so it might have been a brief connection hiccup. Have you tried rebooting the network and console since it happened?

    Reboot the power to the modem/router

    1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

    How to power cycle your Xbox console:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    1. Plug the console power cable back in.
    2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    I can't log in to the madden server to play head to head games. I keep getting the same error message saying that I must be signed in to PSN (I am) and signed in to the EA servers. I have tried resetting PS4 and game logged out and back into PSN.

    This is coming up when I start Madden 20. Still cannot find players??? i do not understand, everything was fine until last update?

    @NeercsekomS 

    This appears to be local network related. Have you tried rebooting your network and power cycled the Xbox One? If so, can you try it again via my steps above?

    When the console turns back on go to your Network Settings and let me know what your NAT type is and whether you're on IPv4 or IPv6. 

    Have you made any network changes at your house recently, such as a new ISP, router, modem, or WiFi password?

    I did everything you said to do. That is what I do not understand I have not changed anything. “I can play all my other games online.”

    I can play every mode in madden except my ranked h2h games now.

    @NeercsekomS 

    Thanks for getting back to me quickly with the results. I know it's not ideal, but have you tried reinstalling the game yet? It's possible some data got corrupted from the latest update and with fresh files via a re-installation that could potentially do the trick.
