Unable to download community files PS5

Since launch, I have been unable to download any community files. I can access the server and see all of the files, but whenever I try to download, I always get the same message: 

ERROR: An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again.

This happens with every file I attempt to download. My WiFi is strong and the game lives on my console, not an external drive.

I don’t know what other info to offer up here, it should be working and it doesn’t. It hasn’t worked the last couple of Maddens and it is inexcusable. If there’s something wrong on my end please let me know, but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

I’ve contacted support several times through this site and even via Twitter and no one has helped me. Someone once told me to wait for a game update and that there was nothing that could be done. ARE YOU SERIOUS???
