Uninstalled and reinstalled under Drive C, E, J
Uninstalled and reinstalled EA, Epic and Madden.
Deleted all files related to EA, Origin, Epic, Madden
Cleared all temps
Disabled all anti virus, UAC, Defender and Firewalls.
Performed all windows and graphics card driver updates.
Created another user profile, disabled all security and installed.
Linked EA account. Created another EA account and linked to it
I have done everything possible to resolve this issue. Epic and EA need to figure out why madden 23 says "install" and won't ever link to EA and confirm it's installed
For the last hour and a half, I have been trying to launch madden 23 on my pc (which meets the standards) and the actual app never launches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled madden and the Ea app multiple times and still nothing
EA Staff (Retired)I just installed the EA app and Madden 23 last weekend. It deleted my Origin account for this new EA app. I open EA app, go to madden 23, click on play.. EA app minimizes.. curser goes to a circle for a few seconds.. then the EA app reappears.. nothing happens.. won't play Madden.. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, redownloaded, uninstalled both EA and Madden, reinstalled.. checked Anti virus.. its all allowed to pass through firewall etc.. Tried opening as administer etc etc..
Sucks i pay money for a game I can't even play...
all of my pc specs are within requirements to play this game.. there is some kind of bug either on the Madden or EA app ..
