Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I Installed the 1.12 patch at 1:30pm October 2nd. Upon staring the game is froze during the load screen about 3/4 of the way - on buckling chinstrap. Reboot 5 times same result.

Deleted the application and re-download and installed clean. Same issue

Delete all files from local storage, profile, roster, franchise, and a random file. Same issue.

What else do I need to do?

    Still having this issue, am trying to use the 10 hour trial with ea play, have used 3 hours and haven't made it past the loading screen

    I am having this problem as well with the trial. 

    Spent an hour restarting the game like 10 times, when I do finally get in, it just says please wait and nothing happens.
