Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I would start up the game and when I get to the loading bar it stops slightly past the middle and wouldn’t load the game I deleted the game and redownloaded it and it still wouldn’t load

Ever since the latest update on ps4, I haven't been able to load into the game. it constantly gets stuck on the loading screen. It's been days what is going on with madden 21?

    Game comes up and when I click the “press any button to play” it starts to load and then just freezes on “flipping the coin” 3/4 of the way done. I’ve reset the PS4 and it is up to date.

    Hey @naterios33, 

    Lets' take a look and see if we can get the game back up and running here. 


    First, have you had the chance to try power cycling your PS4 to see if that makes any difference at all? For more info check out the PlayStation Support website. Let me know if you're still having trouble with the game not starting up afterward. Thanks!

      I went through customer support several times and they did absolutely NOTHING to help me. At one point said I just need to “figure it out”

      it’s clearly not my fault 

      this is ridiculous

      @EA_Kent I have power cycled and deleted the game and it is still doing the same thing.
