Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

@EA_Kent I’ve tried on both Xbox one and PlayStation 4. Same thing the bar stops about 90% of the way and stays there. The background video and music still plays but the game won’t start.

Thanks for the information. Are you all playing through the EA Play trial, or are any of you seeing the same issue with the full game as well?

    Still on trial i will NOT purchase game if this isn't fixed for trial users as well

    I'm working on gathering up some additional information on this. When you have the chance can you please provide the following info? 

    - Which platform are you playing on? 

    - What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID?

    - Are you on the EA Play trial, or is it the full version of the game?

      Full game I purchased the 60$ version it shows purchased full game in my game library But it won’t let me into the game I get stuck at buckiling chinstrap everytime

    @EA_Kent my friend is experiencing it with the full game it just gets stuck on buckling chinstrap for my friend and we're tryna play franchise

      @Awesomeman2336 I got a potential fix for you, if your friend has another account on his playstation log into that name, load up madden and switch over to your other account, and it should work , let me know if that works or not.

        That should also work for anyone else as a short term fix, ( if ur not banned ) if u log into another ps account, load up madden ,and switch over to the account your trying to play on it should work. If you do this and cant get into mut, its cause your fasely banned.. and most likely will never get fixed...Ea just doesnt care.     Why am i not a community manager moderator,  i have helped more people in the past 21 days than all of Ea emoloyess have in the past year pretry sad...

      @Awesomeman2336 most likely he is banned its a huge issue and ea has no clue how to fix it or make things right

        @phillipcape05 Banned? I never did anything wrong. I barely even play online. I can’t even play online now. I don’t think it’s a ban.

    @EA_Kent Yes through the trail version. And stays stuck on buckling chinstrap...

      Thanks for following up, everyone. 


      This issue is still under investigation, but there is one thing I needed to confirm. Has anyone tried playing Madden 21 with a different PSN ID on the same console? If so, were you able to start up the game without any issues? Are you only getting stuck on the loading screen with a particular account?

    Ive had the same issue for both the trial and full game
