Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I would start up the game and when I get to the loading bar it stops slightly past the middle and wouldn’t load the game I deleted the game and redownloaded it and it still wouldn’t load

Hi @DankRed_18,

Are you still getting stuck at the same spot when you try starting up the game? If so, can you let me know which platform you're playing on?

    I am experiencing the same issue on PC with the EA Play pass. I also noticed issues last night before the update where my game was suddenly having screen tear issues out of the blue.
