Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just start up the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes on the loading screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play
