Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

@EA_Kent my friend is getting stuck on buckling chinstrap and he has the full game do you know why?

@Awesomeman2336 most likely he is banned its a huge issue and ea has no clue how to fix it or make things right

    @phillipcape05 Banned? I never did anything wrong. I barely even play online. I can’t even play online now. I don’t think it’s a ban.

    I think it’s most likely an EA issue

    @Dayday050610 Your exactly right! It is a ea issue and me and thousands of others have done no wrong either im on day 21 of no madden, other maddens ban cannot affect other years games, each game is there own offense. Ill post a new video tonight, you can let me know if your going threw the same exact.thing.

    @phillipcape05 Ok. I’m playing on ps4 and it crashed one night so I went to sleep and after school it wouldn’t load. I hope they find a fix soon I’m so bored without it

    EA wont even acknowledge there is a issue, ive called so many times my Ea account is inactive now, because Ea wont do there job correctly. So now im out 100 bucks, no madden, no responses, and no way to contact anyone anymore. Its quite sad to see Ea stoop to this low of a level and even acknowledge people cheated and bought coins amd un banned those people but not the people who didnt even do anything. I really dont get how Zirksee., Gutfoxx and others get away with breaking the terms of service every day promoting coin sites... There so half backwards its un real...
