Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Version: Trial

Get to "Showtime, get a message about servers unavailable.  I know everything connects fine on my end because I can get into the trial for NHL 21.  Reinstalled, rebooted, everything.  Still no luck.

Back to Flutie College Football it is.

      So, from what I was reading on Operation Sports, they think it's less of a bug and more of EA being lazy/incompetent.  They had a free play weekend and couldn't figure out how to shut it off, so they just broke all trial versions

        @StefanGrey If they would at least tell us if it locked I would buy the full version
