Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

So, from what I was reading on Operation Sports, they think it's less of a bug and more of EA being lazy/incompetent.  They had a free play weekend and couldn't figure out how to shut it off, so they just broke all trial versions

    I could play the trial even after the weekend because it never locked me out. I had ps plus and got the trial and maybe 2 weeks ago my membership ran out and 3 days later I couldn’t play it. Is the problem related to this somehow? And also I don’t think it’s locked because people on another thread said it happens on the full game too.

    @Dayday050610 It can be interesting to known if those who can't play to full game have bought it after download the trial version ?
    Or something who has the same problem didn't play trial version ? (if yes, it's a big bug which)

    You are all wasting your time. They do not care , they even did a patch and did not care. DO NOT buy game and do not give EA play anymore of your money.

    Update ... It is now feb 2021 ...they refused to help and i still have not purchased the game and i will NEVER buy this years or next years game ... for complete lack of attempting to help me and the many others they have ripped off.

    I am having the same issue.  FIFA works, and I even was able to log on abs play for 10 minutes but then never again.
