Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

II am using the EA Play trial of madden 21 and want to play it to see if I want to buy the game. However, whenever I load into madden 21, it gets stuck on the beginning loading screen and stays at “showtime” every time. I’ve been in contact with the support team but every method they have suggested has not worked at all. The only solution I’ve heard to work is to buy the game because this issue seems to only happen to those on the trial for the game, but I don’t want to buy something I haven’t played yet. To be clear, my trial is still active because whenever I open the game, Xbox gives me a notification that there is still 7 hours left on my trial.

Hello, Has anybody else's Madden NFL 21 Game not been loading. Its just stuck on Flipping the coin or even showtime. Please EA If you can patch this bug in maddens next update.

    What worked for me was going onto Madden and once it freezes when it hits "Showtime" go to internet settings and disconnect and then reconnect to internet. Once you go back on it says you have been disconnected. And then it reloads you straight into the main menu

      Nope, still no good for me. Stuck at showtime. Have made it through to the main screen on a few occasion but I still am unable to click on any of the options.

      Is there an ETA on the fix?

        Yup that happened to me once too once I got through, it would not let me click any game mode
