Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hi everyone, 

I'm working on gathering up some additional information on this. When you have the chance can you please provide the following info? 

- Which platform are you playing on? 

- What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID?

- Are you on the EA Play trial, or is it the full version of the game?

@EA_Kent Good afternoon, my details are as follows:

Platform: Xbox (have tried on 🏈 Xbox One X systems, including complete hard reboot of the system, uninstall/reinstall of the game, deletion of Saved Game content from the consoles)

Gamertag: NorCalNavyMike

Mode: EA Play Trial, approximately 9 hours left of same (Trial activated during the initial M21 launch timeframe; have not had much time to actually play, DID successfully work for me to login and check drops/packs/basic functionality until approximately 1-1.5 weeks ago).
