Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hi everyone, 

I'm working on gathering up some additional information on this. When you have the chance can you please provide the following info? 

- Which platform are you playing on? 

- What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID?

- Are you on the EA Play trial, or is it the full version of the game?

@EA_Kent @i am playing on ps4. using the way trial, my psn is McSlimey-_- and every time i try to load it up i  get stuck on the showtime portion of the loading screen. i really want to enjoy the trial of the game but i won’t be able to play at all if the 10 hours is spent trying to load the game. please do something about it please email me @[edit: email address removed]. i’d very much appreciate it.
