Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

I am attempting to play my 10 hr trail to see if I’m actually going to buy madden this year. But when i load in it says the EA servers aren’t available and I can’t go pass the home screen if it even loads up. It has killed 2.5 hrs of my playtime and I haven’t taken a single snap. This is on PS4 by the way.
