Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Mine is on an external but it occasionally goes past the loading screen just to not allow me into any game mode on the home screen.

Hey everyone, 

It's been a couple days since I've seen any new posts come through on this thread. Are you still getting stuck at the same spot? If so, can you try starting up Madden NFL 21 with a different PSN ID on the same console, if possible? 

Let me know if you're also running into the same issue with a different account, or if that one is able to start up the game.

    @EA_Kent I don't have another account on my xbox to try it on unfortunately. I have tried re installing the game both from the EA play app and from the Microsoft store and i get the same result everytime. I've been trying for a week not to play this game and have wasted hours of my trial trying to get it to work

    @EA_Kent Yes, I’m still getting stuck on the same “Showtime” loading screen. I’ve used different PSN accounts on the same PlayStation and neither worked. Both accounts are on the 10 hr trial

    Same here in Xbox One, the game stuck in Showtime, sometimes message The EA servers not available, please try again later, is the trial version te m EA Play

    Yes I am on Xbox one and done everything to try and play this game and only have one account why is this taking so long to be fixed ! 

    just wanna see if I like it and if so il buy what’s the point of having trial if you can’t use it !

      Until they update it again and go again, they won't do anything, does it work in the full version? or is it only in the trial version

        From what I'm seeing this is primarily the Trial version for Xbox and PlayStation. I haven't seen any widespread cases of players getting stuck on the loading menu with the full game.
