Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey everyone, 

It's been a couple days since I've seen any new posts come through on this thread. Are you still getting stuck at the same spot? If so, can you try starting up Madden NFL 21 with a different PSN ID on the same console, if possible? 

Let me know if you're also running into the same issue with a different account, or if that one is able to start up the game.

@EA_Kent I don't have another account on my xbox to try it on unfortunately. I have tried re installing the game both from the EA play app and from the Microsoft store and i get the same result everytime. I've been trying for a week not to play this game and have wasted hours of my trial trying to get it to work
