Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

@EA_Blueberry I deleted all Madden 21 data on my PS4. Then I changed my DNS to primary: 8.8.8.8 secondary: 8.8.4.4 like suggested. I then started madden 21 through the EA play app. The outcome didn’t change. I was met by a message that says “You must be connected to EA servers in order to play the Madden 21 trial.

I change dns, reinstalling internal drive, nothing fix this error, The EA servers are not available and stuck in Showtime
