Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

@Renamed9343221 When the Trial is done it actually should let you know it's finished and you have to purchase the full game to continue. If you're not getting that message the Play First Trial still has time left.

@EA_Blueberry I understand. But I'm 90% sure that i played more than 10 Hours (I finished carrier mode !) on my trial version (not with EA Play)

    Outch, i'm in France, and now, in PS Store, Madden is sold for 45€ !!! But I don't buy it if i'm not sure I can't play.

    Please EA, do something, 4 weeks I can't play !!!
