Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

@Dayday050610 The update changed nothing. It gets stuck on showtime or it says you can’t connect to EA servers. I’m so Glad the update added a cool new cover picture for a game that doesn’t work though!!! Good work EA!!!!

    Congratulations to the EA empire for alienating your loyal fan base who have supporting your company for years of supporting your product even when you didn't match their request or expectations. Yet they still supported you financially. Your technical support is sad to say the least, relying on consumers to figure out a fix on their own for your subpar products.
