Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, Madden Community.

We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

Please provide us:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform you play on
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/timezone)
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu

This might be the most annoying issue I've ever faced in 30 years of playing video games! 

I hope you will be offering refunds for players who are having this issue, I have already wasted 1 hour just trying to figure out how to access the game.

My gamertag is WonkiestSpoon30, I am playing on XBOX One with EA Access

Everytime I try to play Madden 21 it tells me I cannot connect to EA Servers and I cannot click on any of the menu options.

Help?!?

    not gonna lie, posting here is irrelevant. A classic customer service trick is to "take down" the information of the person who needs help, making the customer feel as if they're being prioritized. Clearly, this is a global issue and not a singular user issue or "not affecting all users" as some of the community managers are saying.

    @gavorgan yeah... they dont care. was in a support call for 25 minutes explaining how it wasnt my connection or xbox and i explained that a lot of people are having this issue and the guy just said " no, this is not an issue among our players right now" i then sent him this forum link and he just ignored it and left the chat
