Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, Madden Community.

We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

Please provide us:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform you play on
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/timezone)
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu

    Are there any updates on this problem being resolved and when so? Been numerous replies now - I assume for this many people to even get this far into querying/raising this issue into this thread that there will be significantly more who haven’t bothered.
    Seems odd this still hasn’t been sorted and the error is still persisting? Hope this is being treated seriously and as a priority?

    @PLEVHEAD Unfortunately it won’t be fixed. They’ve been aware of this issue for months and nothing has been done

    I'm actually amazed this hasn't been fixed as this appears to have been an issue way before I experienced this.

    I mean, this is almost robbery? I bought a PS5, then spent additional money on an EA Play yearly subscription, but mostly just to get into and try Madden right away.

    This has to be fixed asap or there has to be avenues to demand refunds for not fulfilling a service I paid for.

    I've tried twitter, I've tried forums, but I can't find who to contact with these concerns.
