Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu: I'm unable to select any game mode at the main menu

Good luck getting any response. This is happening with loads of us for a long time now, and all we're getting are "we're looking into this" bs responses
