Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, Madden Community.

We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

Please provide us:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform you play on
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/timezone)
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu

Doesn’t enter to any gamemode, and before that a message of ea servers pops up every time

    @EA_Blueberry 

    You’ve got to give us something here - some form of update into what’s going on and what your team are doing. This has been occurring for way too long now. Even if it’s minimal, just inform us what’s happening on your end. 

    Since the update before last on the trial, it’s been happening to me, which is roughly just under 2 weeks ago. I was able to play the trial until that update happened. Then the latest update never changed this problem either. So it seems whatever was in the penultimate update has messed it up (at least for me personally).
