Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Glad I didn’t purchase Madden before the trial, as it’s not working - it wouldn’t have been a good purchase! 

i just keep getting the same message - the EA servers can’t connect at this time - even though my other EA games work - including Madden 20. 

I read another post about refreshing a MAC address which I tried, and still no luck. 

Any ideas or do I just skip 21 and wait till 22?
