Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu : I am unable to select anything on the main menu after it says it (cannot connect to servers) and (servers are required to play trial).
  • It would be nice for an update it seems more than a few people have been having the same problem with this trial for a WHOLE MONTH... A Very disappointing reflection of work ethic and of company customer support... I really hope to see an update soon or I'm just not going to trust EA the same.

EA has became a very disappointing company.  They used to care about putting out a good product, but obviously without any competition, its a straight money grab now. I have been waiting to try this trial to determine if I would be buying the game...... obviously they have made my decision very easy. Sad that what was an every year buy no questions asked has come to this.
