Any of you know if this is a Trial only problem?
I could just buy the game for like 40$ but I'm not gonna do that unless I know for sure I'll be able to play then

I honestly don't see the purpose in paying for the EA Play service which allows you to play the trial for game if it don't work. Then, turn around and buy the game anyway without knowing, basically allowing EA to double dip your wallet.
Best part is they then tell you, hey its not working so don't open the game up but keep paying for the useless service that has NO technical support. But, if you find a fix or "work around" let us know. Cool, cool, great idea.... thanks. It really is mindblowing on so many levels.

I'm honestly so disappointed by EAs behaviour here.
I did all the Rookie Premieres in Madden 20, sold my Xbox to get a Series X now just to not be able to play Madden now and nobody seems to care.
Talked to a lady from EA Support and she was like "yeah we are aware but there is no solution yet" well no *, I know that already... * joke.

What happens: load up the game. Press any button. "The EA Servers are unavailable at this time." can't go into any other mode, settings or do anything at all.
