Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

    The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

Hey, Madden Community.

We are currently aware of players having trouble getting past the loading screen or attempting to play a game mode at the menu for the Madden NFL 21 Play First Trial. We're asking you to provide the following information to help aide the team in discovering what's causing this to happen, as it is not impacting all EA Play members.

Please provide us:

  • Gamertag/PSN ID
  • Platform you play on
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/timezone)
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu

  • Platform you play on: Playstation 4
  • Last time you attempted to launch the game (date & time/time zone) : right now 9:55 AEST 23/11
  • Are you stuck at the loading screen or unable to select any game modes at the menu: I'm unable to select any game mode at the main menu

Also wondering if this is an issue for the full game or just the trial since the game is on sale right now. @EA_Blueberry please respond to this so I know whether it’s safe to buy the full game or not.
