Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

Every time I load up madden 21 ea access, The loading bar to get into the game freezes and my screen darkens. I tried redownloading the game still won’t work I have wasted 30 minutes of the ten hours...

The full game is now LIVE on EA Play! If you do not see it available to download, please try power cycling your console and re-open the EA Play App to see it listed under The Vault.

- Which platform are you playing on?

- What is your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA Account ID?

- Are you on the EA Play trial, or is it the full version of the game?

Full game

Stops on "breaking the huddle" wont load into game. Paid 60$, waited for a DL, uninstalled and redownloaded. Still wont work.
