Unable to load up Madden on EA Play First Play Trial - Stuck on loading screen

I have the same issue on Xbox and PS5

I have the same problem on PS5, I also got the test-version while I've already bought the game a couple of months ago. It's so weird right now...

Madden 21 trial still not working says unable to connect to servers even with Next-Gen i got the same message on My Xbox Series X

What happens when the bug occurs? game starts to load then says it cant connect to ea servers then goes to the main menu and doesnt let me press anything

I have the ea play account. I downloaded madden as a trial and it still keeps saying ea servers cannot be reached and they are down. THis is very frustrating because i have friends playing the game the same way and this issue is only happening to me. I have tried everything. Resetting the ps5. deleting and redownloading the game. Nothing works. I just want to play the trial so i know if i want to buy the game or not and cant. I have wasted a whole hour of my trial time trying to get this to work
