hard to explain this its been a long frustrating confusing process for a loyal paying customer..
i keep getting banned and unbanned when i didnt do anything other then play the game i did not cheat or sell or buy coins or do any level up glitches or anything i just play alot when i have down time this has been my favourite game for a since ‘17 or so
anytime i open a case with ea help it takes forever and then they say its fixed but i go to try to play and its not fixed so i re open another case and the same thing keeps happening
been playing madden ultimate team grinding almost everyday since m17 no issues
july 6th ban madden 21 - couldnt access auction block says coin distribution* (which ive never bought or sold coins from or to anyone in my life)
i start and open a case with ea asking about it it gets lifted after a while
then a week later after playing again i get another ban
says cheating* (i dont know how to cheat i dont exploit any glitches or anything i just play football i grind hours upon hours into this game to work on my team through out the year)
i make more appeals and it gets removed randomly
then a few days later says cheating
i continue to call and try to talk to person after person who say they will escalate the case because it goes to the terms and services team which no one can talk to directly for some reason
18 cases later and what seemed like 50+ phone calls and hours wasted - case after case they keep telling me the issue was resolved and i have gotten emails saying that “ my concerns were valid and justified and that the issue has been resolved” but still could now access any part of anything on madden 21 nor could i access the madden companion app
i could however access madden 20
i played madden 20 for until the release of madden 22 to hold me over as the help team assured me over and over “the issue has been resolved no need to worry” they would tell me “wait one more day” so from july 6th to mid august when early access came out i made phone calls every day to try to encourage them to fix it as they would keep closing my case with the “fixed” icon above it so i would have to keep contacting them ..as they assured me it was fixed they also told me sometimes they remove a ban “but it does not completely get removed and they have to do it again”
so having faith i kept waiting they also told me that it would not tie over to next season
so i bought ea play for 5$ and 160$ madden mvp 2022 edition
i got to play 10 hours of madden 22 on ea play
then got to play ea early access three days before release
i was starting to get hope
i got all my rookie premiers as i completed all 10 on madden 21
got all my loyalty legend status packs and my pre order packs
feeling good being able to play again
played every day up got my team really good spent many many hours playing this everyday til this morning went to bed woke up today and cant play same error messages with no email about any ban
i talked to 2 ea live chat employee's because the phones lines are closed
the reason i spoke to 2 is because some employees will tell you something completely different then the next some are more helpful then others and lead you and tell you more information then the next
so one ea live agent told me this is a known issue and people have been getting ban messages ( which i didnt) and that they are already working on it and that my account isnt banned
and the next agent told me my account was banned and they will escalate it further to the terms and services team i got no answer as to why or what but i know the process will just keep looping around and around and wasting my time and money until i finally give up trying to play this game
i don't know if i should ask get a refund and quit the game i love the most and enjoy the most forever losing all my loyalty and time to the game
i don't know if they will ever fix this problem for me ive tried every possible trouble shooting error on the internet from deleting save data/the game, power cycling from system and router wifi/ethernet cord changing to googles dns anything suggested online and by the ea help team i have tried
still being told something different any time i talk to anyone i am so frustrated at this point it has caused me stress i'm not one to lose my cool over a video game i just try to enjoy them but this has genuinely been causing stress time and money trying to solve this issue
i havent done anything wrong havent cheated or sold or bought coins i just want to play football
i hope somehow it gets fixed soon but it feels like an endless loop that will never get solved i feel defeated lots of hours and money buying the most expensive pre order versions and the odd 50$ in packs during the year
has anyone else been experiencing this ? or anything similar
it should also be mentioned they closed a bunch of cases while i was sleeping today for madden 21 that have the icon fixed those cases thats when i also got blocked from madden 22 so i woke up today and after hours of grinding madden 22 and coming close to buying a pack and trusting everything would be okay i am blocked again with no email
june6th to current day august 23rd unable to play
the messages i receive when i try to play are the same as madden 21 they read: some of our services cannot be accessed
another one says: we are currently unable to process your content. but will continue trying please contact ea customer support (which never gets me anywhere)
another one says: your account has been denied access to this feature. please contact customer service for more information
when i try to log on to the madden companion app which was working all week says the same error as last year now it says: your account has been denied access to this feature. please contact customer service for more information
i just want to play again this really sucks i dont want to have to get a refund if this can be fixed
please someone from help me! Man these people are funny!
