Unable to purchase madden points madden 23

Who else is having issues purchasing madden points ?

@GoldSoulx26 Wanted to check if you are still running into issues with purchasing points? If so which platform are you on?

I'm having issues as well. I'm on PC I have spent money on the game before so it really makes no sense. I bring up the screen to the price of the points and how many points and if I click on any amount it just freezes madden So I have to just minimize the game and go back and all it does is unfreeze the game. Everytime I click on a value to purchase it just freezes and doesn't continue. I own it on Steam just fyi. PLZ send help quickly..... I have missed out on several nice packs ☹️

HI @zman26051 Try going through the following and checking if it continues to freeze:

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

Steam - Verify in your library

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
