I have had the problem with the no points available on my xbox1, but moment before that I was getting the "Use another way to pay" error message. I unpluged the unit, and that seemed to fix itsef from the no points found error, but I'm back to the other issue. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, no luck. I don't know if that error message is more of a Microsoft error or what, but I've posted in multiple support sites in hopes of getting some answers to this issue. I've tried multiple payment options as well, and would let me, I even tried removing all my payment options and re-entering them, but it wouldn't let me remove my CC because it said "there was a pending purchase" but yet I wasn't able to purchase. All of this started Monday DEC 1, 2014.

If I see a transaction and points finally appearing days or weeks from now, I will report to The Better Bussiness Burea, as this is an issue that has been going on for a while for many players, and as my hole reason for wanting to purchase the points was for the Game Changers bundle fro Cyber Monday, what use do I have of them after the deal ends? You have not come up with a viable sollution, and from what I've read, you've had months to come up with one.
