Unable to select team on face of franchis

Anytime I log onto face of the franchise and try to play a game the controller icon gets stuck in the middle and won’t let me select my team

    Hey there! This might be related to having more than one persona per platform on your EA account. Our Support team will gladly be able to assist in updating your account to ensure all of your PSN IDs are functional. We want to make sure each EA account only has 1 PSN ID associated with it, otherwise you may run into some in-game issues like the controller being stuck in the middle of the screen.     Yep same here. For well over a month now. EA seems to have gone silent around this major major major issue

  • In my online franchise that i have had for a little while that was running just fine and I was playing all of my games, out of nowhere it wouldn't let me in the games. Whenever I tried to get in the games, the controller icon was stuck in the middle where you choose your team. I couldn't move it to either team, click any buttons and I couldn't do anything about it. It happens in every online franchise I make but offline franchises work just fine. does anyone know how to fix this?

  • My son is playing face of franchise and it want let him pick a team so he can't play anymore.  I know others have had this issue.  Anyway to fix it yet.  The controller is stuck in the middle of the teams.  Thanks

    This might be due to two personas of the same platform on your EA account. One will have to be removed and linked to a new EA account.

    To check:

    1. Visit profile.ea.com
    2. Under Connections tab, verify you see your PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag. Not seeing it? You are logged into the incorrect account. 
    3. If you see more than 1 Xbox or PSN ID each, you will need to remove one and log into any EA game with the removed ID to prompt account creation for that ID. 
    4. YOU WILL LOSE PROGRESS FOR THAT UNLINKED GAMERTAG/PSN ID. Visit here for full information on what you lose, including info on Battle Pass for Apex Legends.
    5. It is important you link up the Gamertag/PSN ID you removed to a new EA account or else this error can still occur. 

    If you are unable to locate the email address you have for the EA account your Gamertag/PSN ID is linked to, please contact our Support team below for account recovery.

  • What do you mean by linking one of the PSN IDs to a new EA account? Because I just unlinked one of the psn IDs but the error is still there.
