The 90 OVR Malik Hooker needs to be issued to the affected accounts. I don't care about the card being rare or unique, I don't want other people not to have it. Players tried to earn it and were told to be patient for a week past the issue's affect. I'll accept all the miscellaneous rewards not being issued, just add back the three or four days of daily objective progression so we don't fall behind and issue the Malik Hooker to accounts over 30CP in the last competitive field pass. Looks low to say 30 but how many of you stopped playing or never started because of the tracking issues? 30 shows you attempted to work on the competitive pass beyond the two 10CP sets, and should be sufficient evidence that the account was affected by these issues. I refuse to play for the next month against Malik Hooker cards knowing EA made it impossible for me to earn the same card.
Additional thought: Imagine this was Dave Casper. Would you be okay playing this whole season against Dave Casper knowing you earned the card and can't use it?

A Community Moderator edited the title of my post, changing the title from "Unacceptable" to "Unhappy with." I changed it back and messaged the Moderator, who has yet to read my message. This Moderator has been active on these forums for the last several hours. I am asking you to engage with this post rather than filter my wording.
And here we are, a day later, still no interaction with EA outside of one Community Manager who felt the need to edit the title of my post but not engage with it otherwise.
There should never be a reason for a community manager to change your words. If they find a problem they should remove them or delete the post. It’s unethical and anyone caught doing it should be fired.
