Since yesterday around noon eastern time I have been unable to login to madden 23 servers on my ps5. My internet connection is working with other games. I can’t play any game modes online.
I understand launches can be rough but I preordered the all madden edition of the game to play early and I just simply can’t.
whenever i get the issue i delete m23 from the "quick resume" section on my xbox and at the next start of m23 i have no issue.
When I login to play my face of the franchise on madden 23 it keeps saying unknown error?? Been saying this for 24 hours now. There a work around?

I am unable to connect to online services for Madden 23. I can connect to FIFA 22 fine, but not on Madden 23.

that was talking about connection issues and thought I might as well try to send in a request, because not being able to connect to online services and download rosters, etc. is kind of lame.

Date/time issue occurred: Has been an issue since I installed the game first day of release.

What was the last action you completed before it happened?: Reinstalled Madden 23
How often does the bug occur?: Everytime I launch/play the game.
