Since yesterday around noon eastern time I have been unable to login to madden 23 servers on my ps5. My internet connection is working with other games. I can’t play any game modes online.
I understand launches can be rough but I preordered the all madden edition of the game to play early and I just simply can’t.

Cannot play any mode … always greeting with the Same f****** message. Its a shame. A real Godamn shame. Im on ps4 fix ur f****** game plz.
I spent my money on ur * game …. And it doesn’t even let me play. Fix it for god Sake
I figured out my problem (for me at least), like everyone else i was trying to play anything, mut, fotf, anything and it wouldn't do anything. I would get the error with no message or change password over and over. and it was just a loop.
I kept trying all day and couldn't figure it out.
Then i download the EA app on my pc (dont have to do this, i just read you could link your PSN to EA this way), and tired to link my PSN to there. It said my PSN was already connected to another EA.
I traced my last 3 emails i had used and it was a older PSN username (we'll say PSN OLD), that wast even on my PS5. But I'm guessing since i played Madden 17 (last madden i played), i think i might have used that PSN (OLD) username and linking ea to that PSN when playing madden 17.
Once i tracked it down all i did was add that PSN (OLD) profile username to my ps5, and then reopened Madden 23 and bam i was in.
I tired to use the new profile i created with PS5 (NEW) and it didn't work, you have to play with the OLD PSN username. (The one connected to EA)
I know it sucks not having your new username, but it worked for me.
PLEASE EVERYONE TRY THIS!!!

Imagine being so arrogant that you’re telling multiple users to troubleshoot their internet rather than fix your own product. Bravo EA. Where is our compensation for paying 100$ to not even be able to play your broken game on launch weekend.
the game literally sits on these 2 screens.
please don’t ask me to troubleshoot my internet, I’ve done everything on my end. FIX YOUR GAME and COMPENSATE US.
Do you lose your progress if you remove your gamer tag then reload it again ?
I’m tryna play Face if franchisee. It was just working last night but this morning it’s back to how it was on the 19th. First it was saying couldn’t connect to Ea server . It’s connected now but now has a login error & my wifi says it’s all good . My multiplayer connection says all good also .
