Unknown Login Error Occurred
I am being asked via email from an EA Support Expert to report this.
I have not been able to log into any Madden for months. Every time I have launched the game on my account I would get the error that reads:
"Attention
You must be signed in to Xbox Network and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title. Please check your Ethernet cable. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in to Xbox Network and the EA Servers again. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."
And in some situations I would also get an error after the first one that reads:
"Warning
Unknown login error occurred."
I have power cycled my Xbox, reset my router, unlinked/relinked my Xbox Account, had extra Xbox accounts unlinked from my EA account, cleared the cache, used wired connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing has worked.
It is not a connection issue and it is not a hardware issue as I can sign in with zero problems on any other account. And this is not just on Madden 23, it the same thing on passed Maddens too. I believe there is a problem with my account as every other account signs in perfectly fine.
