Unknown Login Error when trying to sign in to EA Account

Question

Hey -I cannot load MUT or Online Franchise at all in Madden 23. It has been this way since 12/12.When I open Madden, it loads fine but if I select Ultimate Team, I get a message: "Warning: Unknown login error occurred."If I select Franchise, it does not show my current Online LeagueOn the main homepage, it shows John Madden instead of my avatar and it has the Right Trigger Action to "Sign in to EA." If I select the action the EA logo in the lower right appears and spins with a "Please Wait" then the option to Sign in reappears.I have tried doing a full shutdown of the XBOX. I have also verified I can log in and see the details for my account on EA.Com. I have also verified that my XBox ID is correctly mapped in the account settings on EA.com.
