Unlink accounts
I have been playing mut for years and now my account and my sons account are linked and they never were before they are not supposed to be linked. Now that the accounts are linked neither myself or son can play madden 21 mvp edition which I just bought. I have tried to get help from ea technical support chat but I just get people from India who do not have the abilities to fix this issue. Very upset that I spent $100 on game and $100 on vc and now my account is linked and I can’t play because it linked my account to my sons account so in order for me to play he has to be sleeping or not playing any type of ea sports game. I don’t mind if I loose my progress that I have made while playing mut 21 but I can not afford to have to create a whole new account and have to repurchase everything for a second time. That is $200 and the only person who wins from this is EA Sports please help I spend several thousands of dollars a year on Ea Sports products and packs.

In this case, I would reach back out to EA Help to see if there's any options available. Support may be able to see if removing a persona on the account is an option. Please note, however, that modifying personas on an account is not always an option and can be dangerous for the gamertags and accounts involved.

- Click "Contact Us"
- Select Madden NFL 21 from the game list
- Select your platform
- Select Manage my account > Account linking
- Click Select contact option
