UnRanked Head to Head Setting- Unable to Change to Ranked
Ever since I've downloaded Madden 21 on my PS5 (3-4 weeks ago), I've not been able to play a ranked Head to Head game. In the settings menu for session match settings, the "Game Type" is grayed out and set to "UNRANKED". I've always played ranked on Madden, so I'm wanting to have this change. Thought some of the title updates may have fixed this, but still no luck.
Seems like others are able to play ranked, so I'm looking for a fix!

Hey there!
This isn't a bug. When you go to customize a match it's always going to be "unranked."
You need to go to quick match for a ranked game so both players are playing under the same settings. The section you sent is a "custom" game which automatically defaults to unranked. All players on the ranked leaderboard have to be playing under the same conditions for it to be fair.
