Weekend League locked on both ps4 & ps5 despite qualifying.

I qualified for the current weekend league through my performance last week. I started this weeks event yesterday and played two games, but for some reason it is now showing that I have "not qualifie...

@domgows For your new console, have you tried launching the the Gen4 game version? You're able to launch both, so maybe that's why it's locked when you are trying to play on the new console when you're selecting the Gen5 game.

@EA_Blueberry Yeah I've tried both the gen4 & gen5 versions on the ps5 console, but neither work. & I've also tried on my ps4 console.

EA help chat said that weekend league was open for my psn so they thought it was a syncing issue. We went through some troubleshooting, but nothing worked. To be honest I'm resigned to not playing this week, and hoping that the issue sorts itself out before next thursday.
