@fsabala11185 oh yeah, I've given them countless chances to do the right thing and issue a refund, I've requested it here, submitted a request, but they just punt ownership to Xbox (MSFT) or PS (Sony).
@EA_Barry - you say to pay attention to Madden Directs but why? The last update on 12/31 included, "We will communicate an updated timeline next week around the potential restoration of save files from a backup." Sure, I paid attention to Madden Direct but did EA? Did EA follow through yet again on anything franchise? Nah. Where is our refund? Where is our make good for a broken game we bought under false promise of being the most polished ever? Will Clint take ownership and issue an apology? Issue us a refund?
@fireballer55 Yeah, I don't want an apology, that's for sure. I want the refund. As u said, countless times they've been given chance after chance, and they continue to fail. Nothing gets done, and this game has been a mess for yrs. It's just sad at this point.
