What attributes/OVR do the carolina panthers need face of the franchise

I really want to get drafted by the carolina panthers and or las vegas raiders on the face of the franchise, and i have a WR and a LB who are 90 and 91 OVR but when i do FOTF all i get drafted by are cincinnati bengals , Jacksonvile jaguars , 49ers , chargers and the newyork jets. i have heard people getting drafted to the panthers as a QB but what attributes and OVR do i need and which class (QB LB WR HB)

Would be great to get an actual precise answer! as those two teams the raiders and panthers are one of my favourites.

and what questions do i need to answer or which drills to fail etc ?
