What is EA doing to fix items in Madden 23 that turn "BND" for no reason???

What is EA doing to fix items in Madden 23 that turn "BND" for no reason???

Several times now, items that I have purchased from the Auction House or earned through set completion are able to be used in sets or auctioned one day, only to log in the next day and see that they have become "BND" (Account Bound). Is this happening to anyone else? It happened during Campus Heroes and now it just happened during the Playoffs promo.

No way am I going to invest or spend time on team building if items are just going to flip to BND overnight.

I already opened a support case that has been open since November 9th. I've been on EA support chat a few times for hours and they can't fix it and blame it on "connection issue". Connection issues since November (1st time it happened)??? Please...

If someone has a simple fix I'm all ears. But this reeks of an issue that EA is aware of but doesn't care to fix because it isn't happening to one of their "Faces of Madden" players.
