When buying a bundle it will not complete my transaction.

Product: Madden NFL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug When buying the 2800 madden Weekly Wildcard bundle it will not let me complete my purchase and keeps telling me to contact customer support

    Weekly Wildcard Platinum is now gone.  We were never able to get it, just given an error message.  All other packs worked fine.

    What will be done about this.

    No effort has been made by to correct this issue.  Even with me contacting them on the twitter account, posting the info here (along with many others with the same problem), I emailed tech support.  Have not even gotten a response.    

    That is close to theft in my eyes.  A product shows as avail.  You need points to get it ( IE money ).  Upon buying the points - they will work on all but one item.
