Where's the live service updates?

Question

Hello EAI know Madden 23 has been filled with countless mode breaking issues but I'm wondering when we will find out about live service updates that have been touted. Last year had the first one, update draft, launch in September. We are in early/mid Feb and the Feb title update didn't even have ANYTHING for Franchise. When will Franchise mode see the changes that are constantly promised after all the failures around Franchise Mode. This is year after year and I'm wondering if endless bugs and issues will just cause you to punt on Franchise again.&nbsp;When should we expect news or future promises?&nbsp;

@EA_Barry Where is the Superbowl Startpoint? Where is the Problem with this Serviceupdate? You Guys promises to us „weekly updates“…than EA Changed his mind on this Service after the Release of this buggy Game. We buy this Game for much Money and many User buy this Game because it include this Service.

The Producer, Designer should all be fired if they don‘t show the love for Madden we deserve way better.
