Why are my MUT point purchases in Steam failing?

Everytine I try to add points with my steam wallet it tells me “please wait while we process the purchase” & then it says “please reconnect to see your point balance updated. Don’t worry your purchas...

    @NohaGrease To check have you ever used a different payment method and had it work?

    Also, have you contacted Steam support to see if they can see any attempted purchase go to your wallet?

That is correct. The purchases never go through and I still have the money in my steam wallet. It is the correct amount for the points I am attempting to buy but it is still giving me the same message when I attempt to buy points

    Same message.  Not on steam.
