@BUGDON Can you try installing via the PS Mobile App and check if you can start the download?- @EA_Illium I am trying that and it is only installing the test realm beta on the app is says the ps4 version of the trail is available but when I go to download it just says I already own

It only lets you install the ps4 version from the app, the ps5 version is locked by ea play but is still in the ea play trial games i also had 7 hours left then i closed app and tried to open it and it said i didnt own it
Having the same issue, the trial has a lock on it in your collection on ps5
