EA Staff (Retired)@BUGDON Can you try installing via the PS Mobile App and check if you can start the download?

It only lets you install the ps4 version from the app, the ps5 version is locked by ea play but is still in the ea play trial games i also had 7 hours left then i closed app and tried to open it and it said i didnt own it
Having the same issue, the trial has a lock on it in your collection on ps5
